Matt Lewis is a digital architecture and transformation specialist with deep expertise in payroll, taxation and workforce-data interoperability. As Co-Founder and Technical Advisor at Intaxio, he leads the platform’s technical architecture and integration strategy, ensuring its Modern Award APIs align with ATO, Fair Work and industry data standards.

Matt has delivered major government and industry projects including the Fair Work Commission’s Modern Awards API initiative, the ATO’s Digital Service Provider Operational Security Framework, and Single Touch Payroll (STP) architecture programs. His experience spans solution design, data governance and secure API implementation across payroll, superannuation and digital-reporting ecosystems — helping Intaxio deliver trusted, scalable and standards-based compliance infrastructure.

Matthew Prouse is a product compliance and strategy specialist with deep expertise in payroll, taxation and regulatory technology. As Co-Founder, he leads the platform’s commercialisation and product strategy, ensuring its Modern Award APIs meet Fair Work, ATO and industry compliance standards.

Before co-founding Intaxio with Matt Lewis, Matthew led product compliance and regulatory engagement for Xero in Australia and played a key role in the co-design of Single Touch Payroll (STP) Phases 1 and 2 and the integration of JobKeeper and COVID-19 stimulus measures into payroll systems.

Soraya Kennedy

Head of Compliance

Soraya serves as Compliance Officer (API Quality & Governance) at Intaxio, providing the human quality check on Modern Award and Enterprise Agreement data and leads internal governance, privacy and compliance obligations. Before joining Intaxio she led risk‑assessment and compliance functions at IAG, RAC Insurance and Insignia Financial and holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Soraya is a risk and compliance specialist with deep experience across financial services, general insurance and banking. She specialises in operational risk management and regulatory compliance, translating APRA and ASIC obligations into clear, auditable processes and is fluent with frameworks such as CPS 230/220, RG 271/277 and the CGC “Making Better Claims Decisions”.
