Intaxio Developer Portal (DEVESL / DEVIND)
This Product Data Sheet describes the Intaxio Developer Portal product, available as an Enterprise Site Licence (DEVESL) or Individual Licence (DEVIND). It should be read with the Customer API Agreement, short‑form MSA, DPA, Security Overview and SLA.

2. Licence Types
| DEVESL | Developer Portal – Enterprise Site Licence | Provides up to 500 named user accounts for the Customer’s organisation. |
| DEVIND | Developer Portal – Individual Licence | Provides a single named user account for the Customer. |
3. Functional Scope
- API credential management – create, rotate and revoke client credentials for API tenants.
- Webhook subscription management – configure webhook endpoints, authentication secrets and event subscriptions.
- Developer team & role management – manage user accounts, roles and permissions (e.g. Tenant Admin, Developer, Auditor).
- Documentation & how‑to guides – including authentication/authorisation, webhooks, API usage patterns and integration examples.
- API Specifications (OASv3) – browse and download OpenAPI specifications for Intaxio APIs.
- API Try‑It Feature – interactive console for exploring APIs against test tenants.
- Operational Analytics (where enabled) – usage metrics and basic performance insights.
4. Environments & Access
- Access via browser using secure HTTPS endpoints.
- Authentication via username/password plus MFA for all privileged roles.
- Role‑based access control to limit administrative functions to appropriate personnel.
- Audit logging of key actions (e.g. credential changes, webhook updates, role assignments) with minimum 12‑month retention.
5. Data Handling & Security
- Portal metadata stored in AWS services in Australian regions.
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+ or higher) and at rest (AES‑256, AWS KMS).
- Access logs and audit trails retained in accordance with the Security Overview and DPA.
- Portal does not store Customer End‑User payroll records; it holds configuration, credentials and metadata.
6. Dependencies & Exclusions
- Requires at least one active Intaxio API or data product subscription.
- Use for general identity or access management outside Intaxio APIs is out of scope.
- Custom reporting or analytics beyond standard portal features may require a Statement of Work.
