Enterprise Agreement Data Packs (PAYETD, PAYEPD)
This Product Data Sheet describes the Enterprise Agreement Data Packs for use with the Enterprise Agreement APIs. It should be read in conjunction with the Enterprise Agreement API Bundle PDS, Customer API Agreement, short‑form MSA, DPA, Security Overview and SLA.
1. Product Summary
Enterprise Agreement Data Packs enable Customers to activate Enterprise Agreement configuration to support their End‑User Customers. Data Packs can only be consumed with either:
- Payroll – Enterprise Agreement API Bundle (PAYEAA); or
- Enterprise Agreement API – Production Environment Access Licence (PAYEAP).
2. Data Pack SKUs

| PAYEPD | Enterprise Agreements API – Full EA Data Pack (Production) | Production data pack containing the full suite of active (in‑force) Enterprise Agreements published by the Fair Work Commission and/or supplied by the Customer where applicable. | Yes |
3. Functional Scope
- Provides structured configuration for EBAs including classifications, pay rates, allowances, penalties and rostering rules.
- Supports version control and effective dating for EA terms.
- Integrates with the Enterprise Agreement APIs to deliver machine‑readable rules to partner systems.
4. Data Updates & Compliance
- Production EA data (PAYEPD) is maintained in line with published Fair Work Commission instruments and agreed customer‑specific EBAs.
- Intaxio uses commercially reasonable efforts to onboard new or varied EBAs within the timeframes specified in the EA API Bundle PDS and SLA.
- Test & Enablement Data Pack (PAYETD) is not guaranteed to be complete or current and must not be used for production payroll calculations.
5. Dependencies & Exclusions
- Requires an active Enterprise Agreement API production licence (PAYEAP or PAYEAA).
- Does not include legal interpretation or advice; Customers must obtain their own industrial relations/legal advice.
- Non‑Australian EBAs or instruments are out of scope.
