This Product Data Sheet describes the Intaxio Payroll – Enterprise Agreement API Bundle (PAYEAA). It should be read in conjunction with the Customer API Agreement, the short‑form MSA, the DPA, Security Overview and the applicable SLA.

2. Purpose and Outcomes

The Enterprise Agreement API Bundle provides a headless API suite to model and maintain Australian Enterprise Agreements, integrating with rostering, time‑and‑attendance and payroll solutions to automate configuration, support complex EBAs and accelerate employer onboarding.

3. Included Components and SKUs

PAYEAT	Enterprise Agreement API – Test Environment Access Licence	Non‑production sandbox for integration and testing against EA APIs.
PAYEAP	Enterprise Agreement API – Production Environment Access Licence	Production API tenant for live EA configuration.
PAYETD	Enterprise Agreements API – Test & Enablement Data Pack	Subset of EA data for enablement and testing only; not warranted for production use.
PAYEPD	Enterprise Agreements API – Full EA Data Pack (Production)	Production data pack containing the full suite of active, in‑force Enterprise Agreements sourced from Fair Work Commission publications.
DEVESL	Intaxio Developer Portal – Enterprise Site Licence	Enterprise access to Developer Portal for credentials, webhooks, documentation and analytics.

4. Functional Scope

4.1 Core APIs

EBA Catalogue API – lists EBAs licensed to the Customer; supports versioning and effective dates.
Classification & Base Rates – provides classification structures and current pay rates under each EBA.
Allowances API – pre‑coded allowances with STP tags and EBA clause references.
Hours & Shift Rules – standard hours, break rules, rostering constraints and loadings.
Penalties & Overtime Rules – machine‑readable rule sets derived from EBA provisions.
Webhook Notifications – push notifications when Fair Work approves, varies or terminates EBAs included in the Customer’s licence.

4.2 Outcomes

Consistent application of EA provisions across payroll and workforce systems.
Reduced manual maintenance and spreadsheet‑driven configuration.
Faster onboarding of new customers and sites covered by EBAs.

5. Environments & Access

Separate Test (PAYEAT) and Production (PAYEAP) tenants.
Secure API access via OAuth2 client credentials and mutual TLS as specified.
Developer Portal provides API documentation, “try‑it” tools, webhooks management and operational metrics.

6. Data Handling & Security

Operated in Australian AWS regions with logical tenant segregation.
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+ or higher) and at rest (AES‑256 with KMS‑managed keys).
Backups, disaster recovery and audit logging as per the Security Overview and DPA.

7. Data Updates & Compliance

Intaxio tracks approved EBAs and variations from Fair Work Commission publications and other agreed sources.
New or varied EBAs are onboarded within a commercially reasonable timeframe (typically within 20 Business Days) once all required artefacts are available.
Customers may be required to supply certified copies or machine‑readable versions of customer‑specific EBAs.
Test & Enablement Data Pack (PAYETD) is intended only for testing and is not warranted for accuracy or completeness.

8. Dependencies, Assumptions & Exclusions

Requires Developer Portal access (DEVESL) for API credentials and configuration management.
Customer remains responsible for legal interpretation of EBAs and for ensuring that configured business rules align with its own legal advice.
Custom or non‑standard EBAs that depart from typical industrial structures may require additional configuration work under a Statement of Work.
Use outside Australia is not supported.
