Modern Awards Data Packs (PAYMTD, PAYMA1–PAYMA4, PAYMPL, PAYMPD)

This Product Data Sheet describes the Modern Awards Data Packs that complement the Modern Awards APIs. It should be read in conjunction with the Modern Awards API Bundle PDS, the Customer API Agreement, short‑form MSA, DPA, Security Overview and SLA.

1. Product Summary

Modern Awards Data Packs enable Customers to activate specific sets of Modern Awards, from a small curated subset up to a full industry catalogue. Data Packs can only be consumed in conjunction with either:

Payroll – Modern Awards API Bundle (PAYMAA); or
Modern Awards API – Production Environment Access Licence (PAYMAP).

2. Data Pack SKUs

PAYMTD	Modern Awards API – Test & Enablement Data Pack	Wide variety of Modern Awards data to support implementation and testing of Modern Awards APIs.	No – Test & enablement only; not subject to data accuracy warranties.
PAYMA1	Single Award Data Category A Add‑On	Production data add‑on containing one Modern Award classified as Category A complexity. Only usable with PAYMPL.	Yes
PAYMA2	Single Award Data Category B Add‑On	Production data add‑on containing one Modern Award classified as Category B complexity. Only usable with PAYMPL.	Yes
PAYMA3	Single Award Data Category C Add‑On	Production data add‑on containing one Modern Award classified as Category C complexity. Only usable with PAYMPL.	Yes
PAYMA4	Single Award Data Category D Add‑On	Production data add‑on containing one Modern Award classified as Category D complexity. Only usable with PAYMPL.	Yes
PAYMPL	Limited (15) Awards Data Pack (Production)	Production data pack containing a curated set of 15 Modern Awards (see schedule tables) – minimum requirement for production access.	Yes
PAYMPD	Full Industry Awards Data Pack (Production)	Production data pack containing the full range of Modern Awards listed in the schedule tables.	Yes

3. Functional Scope

Provides structured, machine‑readable Modern Award configuration consumable via the Modern Awards APIs.
Includes pay rates, allowances, penalties, overtime rules, hours and roster constraints as applicable to each Award.
Supports version control and historical effective dating per Award.

4. Data Updates & Compliance

Award data within production packs (PAYMPL, PAYMPD, Single Award Add‑Ons) is maintained in line with Fair Work Commission determinations.
Intaxio will update rates and rules within the timelines specified in the Modern Awards API Bundle PDS and SLA.
Test & Enablement Data Pack (PAYMTD) is not guaranteed to remain current and must not be relied upon for production payroll calculations.

5. Dependencies & Exclusions

Cannot be used without an active Modern Awards API production licence (PAYMAP or PAYMAA).
Single Award Data Add‑Ons (PAYMA1–PAYMA4) can only be used in conjunction with PAYMPL.
Non‑Australian use and non‑Modern Award industrial instruments are out of scope.
