This Product Data Sheet describes the Intaxio Payroll – STP Filing & PAYGW Calculator API Bundle (PAYWTH). It should be read with the Customer API Agreement, short‑form MSA, DPA, Security Overview and SLA.

2. Purpose

PAYWTH provides APIs and a managed SSP ATO gateway to support STP Phase 2 submissions, PAYGW calculations, onboarding and compliance flows (including TFN Declarations, Software Service ID registration and super stapling lookups) for integration with partner payroll and workforce platforms.

3. Included Components and SKUs

PAYWTT PAYGW Calculator API – Test Non‑production environment for integration, testing and validation of calculation and STP payload assembly workflows.
PAYWTP PAYGW Calculator API – Production Production API for live PAYGW calculations and STP payload construction.
PAYSTP SSP ATO Gateway – STP Managed ATO gateway for STP Pay Event and Update/Adjustment event lodgements.
DEVESL Intaxio Developer Portal – Enterprise Site Licence Developer Portal access for credentials, webhooks, telemetry, documentation and “try‑it” tooling.

Associated Compliance APIs (where licensed)

  • ATO Software ID (SSID) Registration API – programmatic registration and management of Software Service IDs.
  • TFN Declaration Service API – create, manage and transmit TFN Declarations; query status.
  • STP PayEvent Service – managed assembly, validation and submission of STP Pay Events via PAYSTP.
  • STP Adjustment Service API – end‑to‑end handling of Update/Adjustment events with traceability.
  • Super Stapling Lookup API – stapled fund lookup to support onboarding and payday‑super flows.

4. Functional Scope

4.1 PAYGW Calculator

  • Applies PAYGW schedules, thresholds and rounding rules to input earnings, allowances and deductions.
  • Produces withholding amounts, STP‑ready mappings and breakdowns suitable for payslip rendering.

4.2 STP Lodgement

  • Lodgement of STP Pay Events and Update/Adjustment events via SSP gateway.
  • Submission telemetry, status tracking and error handling aligned to ATO channel behaviours.
  • Support for conformance and onboarding artefacts as required by ATO.

4.3 Onboarding & Compliance

  • SSID registration and management workflows.
  • TFN declaration capture and submission.
  • Super stapling queries to the ATO using supported channels.

5. Environments & Access

  • Separate Test (PAYWTT) and Production (PAYWTP) environments.
  • STP lodgement delivered via PAYSTP, with secure connectivity to ATO channels.
  • Authentication using OAuth2 client credentials for APIs; MFA‑enabled Developer Portal for administration.

6. Data Handling & Security

  • Operated within Australian AWS regions with tenant‑level segregation.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest; monitoring, logging and intrusion detection as described in the Security Overview.
  • Handling of employee data, tax identifiers and payroll transactions governed by the DPA.

7. Data Updates & Compliance

  • Intaxio monitors and implements ATO PAYGW and STP schema updates.
  • Schemas, codes and threshold tables are updated in line with ATO mandated dates.
  • SLA excludes downtime or errors attributable to ATO outages, ATO change windows or third‑party network issues.

8. Dependencies, Assumptions & Exclusions

  • Customer must maintain required ATO registrations and SSIDs for each environment.
  • Customer remains responsible for mapping configuration outputs into its own payroll calculations where customised.
  • Non‑production environment (PAYWTT) and any test data are not warranted for production use.
