Matt leads Intaxio's architecture and engineering strategy. His background spans payroll, taxation and digital service infrastructure, including work on the Fair Work Commission's Modern Awards API initiative, the ATO Operational Security Framework and Single Touch Payroll architecture.

Matthew leads product and commercial strategy. Before Intaxio, he led product compliance and regulatory engagement for Xero in Australia and contributed to the co-design and industry implementation of Single Touch Payroll and major payroll policy changes.

Soraya leads compliance, API quality and governance. She brings senior risk and compliance experience from financial services and insurance and provides the human review and governance discipline behind Intaxio's regulatory products.
