Using a Sending Service Provider does not move payroll responsibility out of your application. Your product creates the correct payroll and STP information and owns the customer workflow. Intaxio is responsible for the supported gateway services included in the agreed integration.
The Intaxio SSP service is intended for software providers rather than employers seeking a standalone STP application.
Use non-production services during implementation before progressing to supported production workflows, with technical documentation, credentials, environment configuration and integration support as applicable.
Evaluate the STP service alongside Intaxio's security, service and contractual documentation for architecture, risk and procurement teams.
STP involves sensitive payroll and identity information. The underlying service therefore requires more than basic message transport.
